After working with Big Brain for 4 years to establish their brand, it was time to use the knowledge gained to evolve our approach. This led to extensively researching existing clients through multiple interviews and getting a real sense of where the brand was and where they would like to see it go.
We built a strategy that was aimed at giving the entire Big Brain experience back to the people that supported it. We wanted to tell the stories of clients and capture them in local scenes that spoke to them as individuals and enhanced the stories. Beyond the stories we wanted to create a site that showcased the artists and allowed a user to get to know them before even walking in the door. Our aim was to break down some of the stigma and intimidation factors that come along with a tattoo studio.
